Phil Trifaro took accurate measurements and informed of the installation process. They worked with my schedule on installation time. Now time for installation, Phil introduced us to both installers, Latchmal and Rocky and got our renovations started. He and Felicia also stopped in to make sure our projects were running smoothly. Our workmen paid excellent attention and were meticulous with all details. Their work was accurate and precise in every aspect. Our projects took four days to complete. Each evening we went over what had been done, everything was cleaned picked up and stored for the next days work, in addition to being informed regarding what would come next. "Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
