I initially contacted Gabby for monthly house cleaning with the intention of potentially scheduling a deep clean in the future. She suggested that starting with a deep clean would make regular maintenance easier down the line. I appreciated her enthusiasm for cleaning and her professional demeanor, which made my decision to hire her feel great. Our house is a small cottage, about 1200 square feet. During our conversation, I outlined specific tasks I was hoping for during the deep clean, including cleaning all the blinds, doors, cobwebs, and areas under the beds. I also offered to assist her with the items stored under the beds to facilitate her work. Throughout the cleaning process, I gave her space to do her job and didn't micromanage. After she had completed the deep cleaning, I noticed several areas that appeared to have been overlooked. Only one of the eight blinds was cleaned, one bed was attended to while the other was missed, and cobwebs remained throughout the house. Although the kitchen was mostly cleaned well, one section was missed; other areas received only basic attention. Given the investment I made, I was genuinely disappointed by the outcome compared to my previous experiences with house cleaners who were able to accomplish more in a shorter time for a lower price. I tried to reach out to Gabby to discuss the missed items, but we couldn’t find a suitable time to reconnect. Ultimately, I finished the remaining work myself, which highlighted further areas that needed attention. So disappointing after spending what was a lot of money for me.

Amazing!! Gabby and her team were thorough, and did way more then I could have expected!! They cleaned everything; all little corners, appliances I wouldn't have thought. all the big and little stuff. They even moved my king size bed to vacuum!! When I got home and walked in I got teary eyed. They are also very nice!! Just one more thing... I believe absolutely she should raise her prices!!! I will hire her again and again!!!

House cleaning

Beware - do not use Gabby! All she cares about is taking your money. Initially, Gabby presented very friendly and acted like she cared about her work. However, talk is cheap and her services and customer service were horrendous. We hired Gabby to do a post-construction clean and told her ahead of time that there was a lot of dust and interiors of cabinets would need to be cleaned as well as a heavy clean of the kitchen, especially the stove. Yet, she and her team did nothing more than a light wipe at best. No effort was made to get to corners or inside empty cabinets with dust. I happened to look at a bathroom that was supposedly cleaned while they were here and there was dust everywhere (on floor, inside medicine cabinet, etc.). The stove was left a wreck. I found dust on doorknobs, light fixtures, cabinets, etc. She harassed me to make the Venmo payment the same day despite the fact that I told her that I spent 6 hours cleaning myself after her team left and sent photos of evidence of everything that was not cleaned. She charged $450 for a wipe-up!! That fee included her own time although she was either not here because she left for 2 hours to "get cleaning supplies she forgot" or she was re-doing areas her employees did not properly clean. As I continued to find areas that were not cleaned, I requested a partial refund. She refused and made no effort to rectify the issue. She came with 2 people and claimed I had to pay for their time yet she had to send one worker to wait in the car because he was vacuuming floors with a hard attachment despite the fact that I specifically asked for no vacuuming to ensure no damage occurred to newly-refinished floors. The other person merely did a light surface wipe and Gabby ended up going over much of her work (again time I had to pay for). I told Gabby this before she left but she seemed in a rush to leave and, honestly, at that point, I wanted them out. What an awful experience. She essentially stole our money.

Gabby paid great attention to detail and did a wonderful job cleaning out home - especially after nearly three months of staying home when COVID-19 hit. She is also friendly and professional...a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Gabby!

Very thorough cleaning. We thought our house was already fairly clean but they made it even cleaner ! Initial first time deep cleaning took several hours (expected) nonetheless the place was left spotless ! Will def use again. Go with Gabby !

Gabby is phenomenal! We were moving into a new house that had been in disuse for years. It was filthy and looked abandoned and had the cobwebs to prove it! Gabby and her helper cleaned the kitchen inch by inch and it looks like a whole new room! The bathrooms were downright hazardous and they look great! She got every single cobweb out too. She is also incredibly personable and I enjoyed having her there. I would absolutely recommend her, and her pricing is reasonable!
