He also installed a new tile bathroom - shower - vanity - toilet, making the most of a small space. He also intalled a new water heater and washer/dryer unit, as well a wall-mounted heater/AC. In another house adjacent, Joe Rossi removed a crumbling stone porch and replaced it with a new stone porch/ steps, with a sturdy metal railing around, getting my property more curb cred. For each project, Joe Rossi gave his full attention to all details in a timely and professional manner. He kept me updated about each project and explained what needed to be done and how."

I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time. Especially in my situation, where I am a single woman trying to restore a second home when I live out of state--I assumed I would have difficulty in getting any contractor to be present and complete the job on time. "We hired Centerline in the fall of 2018 to put a new roof on our very OLD house and also install new gutters and drain pipes, take down the top of an old chimney, insulate the attic and tackle a few other long-overdue home maintenance tasks.
