In another house adjacent, Joe Rossi removed a crumbling stone porch and replaced it with a new stone porch/ steps, with a sturdy metal railing around, getting my property more curb cred. For each project, Joe Rossi gave his full attention to all details in a timely and professional manner. He kept me updated about each project and explained what needed to be done and how."

I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time. Especially in my situation, where I am a single woman trying to restore a second home when I live out of state--I assumed I would have difficulty in getting any contractor to be present and complete the job on time. "It went excellent!  Hi Tech Construction Co gave me a detail estimate of the job.  And compared to other estimates I received from several other companies, Hi Tech's was the most reasonably priced.  Hi Tech also gave me a timeline of the job from beginning to finish and they were right on target.  The crews showed up on time and carried out the job like experts - they surely looked like they knew what they were doing.  I noticed that they were very concerned about the safety of our neighbors, anybody passing by, their crews, and us.  They also cleaned everything right after they finished their job.  I was really happy with the timeliness and the quality of their job.  I will definitely strongly recommend Hi Tech.  I do not think you can go wrong with them.

"We hired Centerline in the fall of 2018 to put a new roof on our very OLD house and also install new gutters and drain pipes, take down the top of an old chimney, insulate the attic and tackle a few other long-overdue home maintenance tasks. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
