From the beginning, they were communicative, responsive, and professional, which made me feel confident that they would be easy to work with. Once the project was started, we had a few unexpected snow storms with some pretty frigid days. Nevertheless, the crew still showed up promptly each day, working diligently in the cold weather for the full day, which goes to show you how hard-working and dedicated these guys were! They were also very detail-oriented and gave good design suggestions to help improve the overall look of the deck. In the end, we were thrilled with how everything turned out! He also installed a new tile bathroom - shower - vanity - toilet, making the most of a small space. He also intalled a new water heater and washer/dryer unit, as well a wall-mounted heater/AC. In another house adjacent, Joe Rossi removed a crumbling stone porch and replaced it with a new stone porch/ steps, with a sturdy metal railing around, getting my property more curb cred. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work.
