The company which sent me my custom cabinets sent me broken pieces and some of the cabinets were not the right measurements. Joel was very patient and kind enough to help us write a list of eveyrything that came in wrong for us to send to the cabinet company. In addition, he helped me fix a broken chair which was our of his scope of work. Will definitely hire Joel again in any carpentry and cabinetry future projects that I may have. "Although the reply for service was handles quickly, the insulation job was not completed. I contracted them to blow insulation in my side walls and attic space. The attic space was not done. Their reason for not insulating the attic was that there were no "proper" vents installed. They made no effort to install them. The insulation installer damaged my vinyl siding. Thank God I bought extra or my siding would not have matched. Also, the installer blew insulation all over the ground around the house and did not clean it up. Many nails were also found around the house that I had to clean up. I will be looking for another contractor to complete"
