Joel was very patient and kind enough to help us write a list of eveyrything that came in wrong for us to send to the cabinet company. In addition, he helped me fix a broken chair which was our of his scope of work. Will definitely hire Joel again in any carpentry and cabinetry future projects that I may have. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them!
