John is a must hire. He responds quick and he's very professional. He notified me in advance when he knew he would be running a bit late. He did a thorough job of cleaning the AC unit and explained what maintenances need to be done regularly. The next day, John even texted me to make sure the AC system is still working. Overall I'm very pleased with his service and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
