"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

"Pay close attention to the reviews written since 2024 - Sales representation is very impressive. However the reality is the work is all sub contracted. No professional communication from work crew on site. Work not completed in timeframe quoted, and attempts to communicate with the 'Sales' representation cease to exists. Paying top dollar does not pay off in value."

"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"We received quotes for a full tear off and replacement of asphalt shingles due to leaking of our old roof. The crew was very professional, worked very hard and even took great care to protect all the landscaping around our home. "Buffalos Best Roofing = Shady Business! Breach of contract: Buffalos Best Roofing did not fulfil the original contract leaving me with exposed exterior walls at the beginning of winter. Abandoned Job: After the roofing was finished the siding was supposed to go up in no less than 3 weeks. All materials were supposed to have been ordered upon signing of the contract. When I enquired about the plan for the siding 2 days in to the roof job, I was told that the siding I ordered was discontinued 4 months prior and they did not have a suitable alternative. So, we discussed a new product all together. They assured me they would fallow threw so I paid them for the roof alone, trusting they would return. Then, they ghosted me and even abandoned some of their scaffolding. It is still attached to the third floor of my house and I am unable to remove it. They removed my shingles and the underlayment they installed has begun to blow off leaving my walls exposed to the winter elements. "

"Most overpriced roofing company around. It's laughable the quotes I was given by these guys vs. the other roofers I spoke with. Combine that with the fact I was warned about how they are quick to go the half-a** route when encountering a problem vs. actually doing the right thing and solving the problem. I've heard many accounts of this company just throwing up flashing and tar over a problem area of a roof instead of taking off the bad old roof and fixing it the correct way. People please get MANY MANY quotes for MANY different companies and you will quickly see that Proctor is a rip-off artist."
