Premium Property Maintenance

Although this company is recommended by Angie/Angie s List I have found this company to be useless and untrustworthy.Premium Property and Mechanical has been an absolute WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I have found that they communicate with customers when they want, and they show up when or IF they want. I hired them for the winter 2024-2025. They were very nice to me until my check was cashed. Shortly thereafter the silly excuses for not showing up began.For example: I had a guy get buried in Parish doing my northern accounts I ve been chasing parts all afternoon to get the 4th truck up and going…there was not 3 inches of snow in your area/ go outside and measure it with a ruler… the snow will melt by this afternoon… the snow is too wet to plow…heavy wet snow beats on the plow. I can t imagine you re going anywhere between now and 5am…If I back bladed your drive you d have a giant ice skating rink right now…we are trying it s so bad we can t see to drive .After most snowfalls this year, I have had to shovel the driveway myself. During one of the rare times the driveway was plowed by Premium Property and Mechanical, the driver scrapped the trim on the garage door with the plow and just drove off. Again, this company is recommended by Angie/Angie s List.  I have numerous phone calls and written a slew of emails to Angie/Angie s List with ZERO results. I expected that with so many homeowners looking for reputable contractors, Angie/Angie s List would stand behind their recommendations. With me, that has not been the case.

My husband and I had a paver patio put in last month by PPM. We could not be happier with the outcome. Austin and his team were very responsive and followed through with everything they planned out. The whole crew did an excellent job and everyone that has come over to our house has commented on how amazing out patio looks! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have pavers done!

Pohl"s Landscaping did an amazing job of putting river rocks around our pool. They started at 8:00 AM and finished at 10:00 AM. Our house is on a hill so it was not an easy job. The project looks exactly how we envisioned it. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and will surely use them again!

Showed up when promised, a good cleanup after a tough winter

We hired this contractor last month and he has been delaying our job for the past month. Not very pleased.

Did foundation drain work for me and lawn renovation when completed. Took down a few trees. Looks great!

Did complete lawn renovation. Carted away old soil and bought in new, seeding, rolling, etc. Work completed last week and grass is showing.
