"Mr. Bartlett is a very pleasant and fair individual to do business with. His estimate was less than others we had received. He started and completed the project on time with results that easily exceeded my expectations. His color suggestions for the stamped concrete walkway and retaining wall were outstanding as was his design for our retaining wall. "They gave me a guess at what the project would cost without taking any measurements. Told me they had to make some calls and get back to me with a more accurate price . That was 01/27/2018. That was the last I heard from them. I did tell them i would be doing this in the spring so maybe they are waiting till then, I don't really know. I think I will do my own research."
