They completed the job the day after I hired them. The work appears to be of very good quality, including doing some extra work which needed to be done after the roof was uncovered. Two of the men came back in the evening and finished putting flashing around the chimney. I'm very satisfied.

"The job was completed and the cost was resonable. My only complaint was that the appt time was changed 3 times before the final request from Shamrock, at 5:30 p.m., asking if we could be the first appt of the day, 9-10 a.m. They showed up at 2:30-3:00 p.m. I had to call Shamrock at noon to ask if we still had an appt. They replied now the previous job was not finished. Why would I get a call at 5:30 p.m. the day before to request if I could be the 1st appt of the day? Our afternoon plans were cancelled that day. I have no complaint of how job was completed but then I can't see the chimney cover being screwed in place. I guess I should have for a before & after picture."
