They showed up on time every day, even when they had to shovel snow around where they were working. They found ways to work around any issues that arose. I love my new deck and porch. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Met me a week before, gave me an estimate 3 days later.  Was several hundred less than other estimates.  He was the only one that explained the process along with the estimate showing different materials.  He also explained the different materials and how long they would last along with treatment.  Showed up every morning it wasn't raining and told me hours and times he would be there.  Had a nice young man that helped who was also very courteous and pleasant.  Deck was completed a week before deadline and I absolutely love it.  Will hire for any other jobs I need without question."
