"Hugh's three workers were fantastic. They completed the work on the deck replacement in a day-and-a-half. The work was done cleanly with no damage to the landscaping that is so close to the project. Clean up when the project was completed is superior to any other we had done in the past. The refurbished storm door looks brand new and is a welcoming addition to the project. Hugh contacted us the same day as our request and showed up for the initial estimate on time. I cannot emphasize more what a pleasant experience it was having Hugh and his workers take care of our project. "STAY AWAY FROM STATESIDE! They were hired to repair leaking in a flat rubber roof. Peter is smooth-talking, says he sees the problem, he can fix it quick. We paid him over $6,000 to do the repairs but the workmanship turned out to be shoddy. All the new taping and repairs he made came undone after only a few weeks, now with worse leaking problem than before and roof damage. He made a quick buck from us and ran away, does not stand behind his work, just blames everyone else. Do yourself a favor and hire a real professional. "

He provided no receipts for items supposedly purchased so there is no proof of the purchase of 3 sumps he said he replaced and the floor he covered with waterproof paint was blistered and cracked everywhere. He never returned to follow up and finish as agreed. He was a now show after 3 attempts to reschedule - each time he agreed and and never materialized. There is now a judgement against him recorded with the county from small claims court. I had to bring someone else in to do what he should have done in the first place."
