"I don’t normally write reviews, but here is a great experience while we hired JJ Roofing to replace our shingle roof on September 2018, after gone through the quotation and discus to all the details of the project, we signed the contract. John brings his team and start the job on 09/17, the job includes rip-off old shingle roof, replace damaged wood boards, put waterproof sheet under the new single, take care of waterproof by the surrounding area of 5 skylights, plus a small area of flat roof on the porch at the top of front door. They have completed the job in 2 days also remove all the wastes and clean the whole yard, in a very professional manner. 10 days later we found some leaking at the porch, called and texted John for the issue, he response immediately and sent his guys to fix it in a couple of days. Since then we have gone through all the heavy rains and some snow without any issue on the entire roof, but on January 31 we got some leaks by the edge of skylights due to the suddenly freezing weather, I texted to John again with pictures for his reference, again he has quickly response to me in a professionally. The proven facts after 6 months of the job completion, yes, I am highly recommending John and the professional teams at JJ Roofing."

"There were problems with communication and punctuality in the process of completing my flat roof job. Because of this I could not recommend George Parson's roofing for a flat roof job.
The first appointment for my roof job was for "first thing in the morning around 9-9:30 AM" on a Saturday. They never showed up. No phone call. Main office didn't answer the phone, although they say they are normally open in the morning on Saturday.
So I rescheduled for another Saturday, again "first thing in the morning around "9-9:30 AM". After I repeatedly called their office to find out what was going on, the crew finally showed up at 11:30 AM for the job. They apologized for some miscommunication that I am sure was not on my end. Because they came so late, they had to rush to finish the job before dark.
There were two issues with the work done: 1) was they broke my skylight. 2) the next heavy rain we had all the run-off from the roof  coming down the side of the house because they did not properly install the roof so that all the water would go into the gutter.
To fix the roof leak and also to try and fix the broken skylight, they scheduled an appointment for a wednesday, again "first thing in the morning around 9-9:30 AM". So I took the day off work and waited at home. And waited. And waited. The main office was not able to provide me accurate information, but the crew finally came at 5PM. They fixed the issue with the gutters, but determined that the window that they had purchased (25 inches) was the wrong size to replace my 30-inch skylight. It is a grave oversight, considering that they had ample opportunity to measure my window frame.
The current status is I am still waiting for George Parson's flat roof crew to make an appointment to come back and replace the three panes that they broke in my skylight.
