Luis was great! We needed to replace our roof, skylights and attic fan quickly. He provided a free wriiten estimate immediately and he was fast to schedule the job which was completed in a couple of days. The Infinity representative was on time for the quote process, provided detailed quote in writing on the spot, and was patient while I completed the quote process. Quick to respond when I reached out to book the job and detailed in communication. Took time to listen and answer my questions. Work team showed up on time, went right to it, completed on time, and make a real effort to ensure the area was cleaned up. Followed up with a call to ensure I was happy with the work and provided before and after pictures to document the repair. I made sure to compliment the work team. If I needed future roofing or gutter work Luis and the Infinity team would be my first call. FYI - one Angi referral still has not responded to scheduling a quote and another came by but never gave us a written estimate. All the more reason to direct your business to a responsive team like Infinity

The owner Luis. was on time for the appointment and explained everything that he was to do and equipment and manpower and building material being used. His men showed up on time worked well and left my house only after cleaning up. I would recommend them with out any doubt.

No bull. No hour long overpriced sales pitch. Owner operated and supervised. A local six man crew completely renovated my two level roof in two days. Excellent workmanship superior value. So glad I made the right decision. No regrets.

After recommended roofers never got back to me, I used home advisor to help with the project. I noticed a leak on my roof at the beginning of December and knew it was about time to get a new roof for my home. Luis showed up the day after, with an ice storm looming, and put a tarp on the weak part of the roof to prevent and further damage. After receiving another estimate, I decided to use Infinity. i decided to get the entire roof done because i knew it needed to be done. Infinity showed up the next day and started the work. It included new plywood, ice/water sheild, shingles. The biggest issue I had was with the demolition of the existing roof. His men were very messy and didnt set up the tarps correctly. They also didnt bring a dumpster to clean up until the last day. There were shingles, coffee cups and Gatorade bottles all over my shrubs, patio, lawn and deck. The last day they cleaned up most of the mess but I had to call them back to clean up the rest. In addition, the ceiling in 2 of the bedrooms had cracks due to their work and they broke 2 patio lights which they had to come back and fix(which was an ordeal of itself). Luis is a nice guy but due to all the issues they created aside from the roof, I would not recommend them.
