I found the company's owner to be honest, friendly and accommodating. The projects I hired them for ( deck repair & staining, tub caulking & drywall repair) turned out fantastic! The service Strauss Contracting provided was a water heater replacement, which is sort of an emergency. I contacted them around noon and they had completed the job by 5pm. They were friendly, friendly clean, cheerful and efficient. I would recommend them.
