The recently built a new construction home down the block as well and it looks incredible

John's crew did top quality work, which commenced (and was completed) promptly after we agreed to do the job. Everyone involved in the work was professional and courteous at all times, and left the job site neat and clean when completed. In the process of doing the job, some additional damage was discovered which was not evident when the job was estimated. Nevertheless, John stood by his estimate without further charges.

This guy is a scammer. He will promise you the world, but his work isn't worthy of price and certainly does not take into respect building codes and what you are mandated to do in this town. Then he will tell you under what conditions he will return your money. I have had a dozen people ask me how he didn't see the electric meter he intended to cover with two foot piers. 300 dollars for a pier that is illegal? And maybe fifty dollars worth of material. And he doesn't clean up after he completes a job. Run from him! Go with anyone else. No one wants to be threatened and harassed by an inferior workman.

He did an excellent job rebuilding the back wall and finishing it up to the roof line. The scaffolding was up for the minimum of time needed and all wires were reattached appropriately. His installation of the windows was finished, but we did the interior painting of the frames and area around them to save money. We had one hiccup in his demolition of the old wall where the workers accidentally broke through to an interior wall, but that was promptly fixed once we addressed it with him. I wasn't able to be in the country when some of the work was completed so i missed out on how the screens should be removed, but i have asked John to follow up with this information. I expect that he will. His prices were excellent and the selection of the materials was appropriate to the job. His workers were responsive and careful of plantings in other parts of the back garden. They began work and completed it within the estimated timeline John had given us. We would work with him again.

I have had leaks from the roof he installed. I have not called him back and would rather pay for someone else to fix it. The dining room ceiling has a ridge down the middle which he was supposed to fix - he put the new ceiling up with the molding and then said he was unable to fix the ridge in the center of the ceiling. He said that when it was done being plastered it would not be seen. Here I must apologize for my own stupidity in accepting that explanation. Needless to say the ridge didn't do a disappearing act. He replaced a small enclosed entrance on the side of my house which was pretty much like the original one. He replaced a fixture that was a $39 fixture from Home Depot and charged $220 for that. There had been a similar fixture in the same location so that no electrical work was done other that removing one fixture and replacing it with a new one. He asked if I wanted to finish the inside of the side entrance and when I said no he was done. When it snows, snow comes in the small enclosed entrance and of course when it rains we get that also but he said unless the inside was finished he couldn't so anything about that. The small entrance has a skylight, door and four windows. It is missing the sheetrock which was the extra that he wanted to install. The threshold of the side door was bent when he left and he had no intensions of fixing it. He also installed two doors on a carriage house. One of the doors was installed properly, the other was installed with the inside facing out. He promised to order the correct door and fix it but waiting 13 years is asking a lot. I don't think the quality of the windows and doors were what he promised and then he wanted more money to upgrade. In the end I think he was inexperienced and was mostly concerned about making money and not doing an honest job. He worked for me very early in his career and I hope he as changed but that is not what I hear. I would not use him again or recommend him.

Had a big job for these guys. Called and spoke to John for an estimate. Was set for a Monday at 09:30 PM. I left work early so I wouldn't leave him waiting. John Cusumano stood me up. I called him at 09:50 to find out if he was coming. I got his voicemail and left a message. He never called back and I never heard from him again. What an idiot! RESPONSE TO VENDOR: IF HE HAS NO COMPLAINTS, THEN WHAT AM I READING ON YOUR ANGIES LIST? LOOKS LIKE MORE F'S THAN A'S. WHY HAVE YOU REQUESTED TO BE REMOVED FROM ANGIES LIST? WHAT A RACIST GUY. WHAT DOES ITALIAN HAVE TO DO WITH ANY OF THIS? HE COULDNT BE ANY FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH AS I AM ONE OF THE NICEST GUYS YOUD EVER MEET. JOHN CLEARLY LIED BECAUSE IF HE SAID 9:30 AM TO ME, THEN I WOULDVE BEEN HOME AS I WORKED NIGHT SHIFTS. TRUTH HURT TOO MUCH?

They were awful and did a rotten job. I don t even know who he was. He showed up on time, but he did damage to my house and wouldn t pay for it either. He finished the job and it is not bad, but the experience wasn t good. He did a very unprofessional job and when I tried to find out where he came from, the bill he gave me was incorrect. Nobody was at that address.

He was low to middle price. We added little things along the way. He really took care of us. He was good with the town permits and the variances. Did a wonderful job.
