I strongly recommend MHI METRO (516-790-4741) for your renovation or construction needs. Romeo, the contractor, ensured that my specifications requests were met and completed before deadline. this was no easy job because of the shortages of supplies due to the pandemic. I was completely satisfied by the renovation of two bathrooms, extensive electrical repairs and the painting of the entire condominium.

This is a great company. I called for an estimate for my project and of the four estimates, Romeo gave me the best price by far. On top of that, where other companies have a long waiting period, this project was started and finished within the same week! The guys were hardworking, and did an amazing job. We were very happy with the work they did and we will DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

We hired MHI Home Improvements to renovate our entire Kitchen in Bethpage, NY. We are so happy with the work ethics and final product. His staff would sweep every day before they ended for the day and make sure they left everything clean and tart early on time the next day. First off I live in Queens not Long Island..I got Metro Home Improvements number from someone who used them.. I called Romeo to set up an appointment for an estimate. Not only did he return my call within 15 minutes...he was at my house in Queens within 2 hours...now anyone who would do that gets high a mark from me. Over the years dealing with contractors none had ever responded that quickly...I hired them and I did not regret it. Romeo may have regretted the quote he gave me. My deck isn't big but does have quite a few angles involved and two sets of stairs.. They ripped out the old deck I had for 23 years and reinforced the base structure and started installing the new composite decking on day one ...day two job was completed. They were prompt; curtious and above all neat. I would definitely recommend Romeo and Metro Home Improvement. You will not ne disappointed..Five Stars ...If I could give Ten stars I would...

MHI built the entire second floor of my house. The owner, Romeo as promised finished the project under the time agreed. His team is very committed and dedicated and the work is top notch. Romeo performed an emergency roof repair and dealt with the problem to it's conclusion. He is a man of his word. I subsequently hired him to do brickwork on my home. Both jobs were done professionally to my satisfaction. I recommend Romeo.

Romeo did an excellent job completing what needed to be done. Remodeling included: Rear addition partition, chimney accommodations, kitchen work, and installation of washer and dryer. Very satisfied.

Anytime you needed Romeo, we would call, and he would be there. We did an upstairs dormer and for downstairs, we gutted the kitchen and 1 bedroom and had it completely remodeled. The pricing was very reasonable.

Great service! Romeo' company worked on exterior wood that was weathered and gave me some great recommendations that I could do on my own... Pricing was very reasonable and referred to family member who needed roofing. They were also impressed with the work and pricing! God Bless and keep up the good work!

Romeo at MHI home improvement is very easy to deal with. He addresses issues as they arise and is very easy to get a hold of, which is very important when you are working with a contractor. We used him to do siding, build an addition, do flooring, and most recently to redo and expand our existing 30 year old driveway. We are very pleased with his services and would recommend him to others. I always research every project we do, and get multiple quotes. I call Romeo last because I know he will compete with any other estimate and complete the job well in a timely fashion. Working with Romeo has exceeded our expectations.
