He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "Hired Mr Tech for a large commercial project which entailed running and setting up 80 computers, running network cabling for them to a server room. Setting up and connecting servers, patch panels and switches, 80 VoIP office phones, access points, ceiling speakers and 36 ip cameras across a 10,000 feet location.
