Mike even took my tenantâ s schedule in mind when planning his time frame. While the dumpster was still on site, Mike let us dispose of construction waste we had gathered up from another project. We made the mistake of paying in full before the job was complete. Once payment was made we would have to call him to find out when he planned on completing the job. A date would be provided, and then he would not show up. We?d have to call again, and again, and he finally showed up to do more work. There was one thing left for him to do, and again we?d call. This time he did not even bother to return our calls. Beware if you decide to hire."
