It went extremely well! I did not realize how involved it was. The technicians name was Rudolph. He was very patient, professional, courteous and methodical. Cleaning ducts in a house is quit tedious and many hurdles to cross. What a nice guy!!! I have used Charles for a new furnace and central air, Electrical , furnace purifier and duct cleaning. All aspects of the service were performed very well. One small exception was the air filter for the blower. After the cleaning was performed the filter wasn't checked. I would have thought that it would have been since the cleaning likely cause a ton of debris to be loosened and get caught up the filter the next time the system was run. Later that week we checked the filter just to be sure and found that it was full of cat hair and particulate. We installed the filter only 5 weeks earlier - perhaps it was time to change already. Nevertheless, we are still happy with the service provided, and we would ask them to do the same service again in the future
