"Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"I called Quality Carpet last minute to see if I could schedule a carpet and couch cleaning.  They answered immediately and I booked an appointment for 3pm on Friday, the next day.  I told them if they had any earlier, to please let me know.  They ended up having a cancelation and called me to see if they could come at 10am.  They were very professional and thorough.  My carpets and couch look great!
