"Bill was the ultimate professional from the 1st phone contact till the job was done. He explained everything he could/would do and was honest about problem areas that might not get as clean. He measured the areas to be cleaned (no moving furniture) and carefully explained 3 different pricing options. With 2 dogs (and their "accidents") I was totally amazed with the quality of work! He was respectful of my furniture and went above & beyond in some areas. I would absolutely recommend this company! Very very happy from start to finish. You won't go wrong with Bill!"

"Sparrow is excellent! They contacted me the same day I bought my deal to schedule my service and had an opening that same week. They arrived on time, did an amazing job cleaning my sofa and even removed an old stain that they noticed on my rug, free of charge. "The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."
