Kurt arrived on time. He did a good carpet cleaning job. He moved furniture as needed. He left no mess. He was easy to work with. Price was as quoted. We would use him again.

They're a good company; very excellent service. Very happy with that. They did a great job. He was very affordable and they did a great job for the money. They did pretty good, they did an excellent job. They're very economical and did a great job for the money. I think they did the job pretty well. They came on time. I was not there, but they got done all the work.

Job was very well done: timely, professional and cost was very readonable. My carpets look brand new!

They were 9 foot by 12 foot. Two of them were pretty big; it wasn’t an oriental rug but it was like an oriental rug. I like their promptness, quality and service.

He picked up the carpets and returned them in a timely manner. He took the time to position them for me when he returned them. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend his work .

Kurt is a super pro.  He cleaned the sofa and 4 large pillows in the house within 20 minutes; he also stain proofed the sofa and pillows.   Couch looks brand new!

Scheduling the appointment was done quickly and project started a few days later. The work was excellent, and we had questions concerning another possible job and it was explained to us that what we wanted to have done was not necessary and advice was also provided on how to do the project on our own. Overall the job was done to perfection.

What a pleasant experience! No communication problems. Kurt cuts right to the chase. Upfront, honest and efficient. Not to mention good work and great results. Would use Regal again without a doubt.

I wish I had met Kurt earlier. He was available earlier than expected and went to work immediately with his helper. They were finished in just over an hour leaving cleanliness and one very happy customer in his wake. We will be scheduling for the other rooms very soon.

Kurt arrived on time and ready to go to work.  The carpet was a dirty mess including urine stains from our pre housetrained dog and staining from a flood caused by a burst pipe.  Before he started, he explained everything that he was going to do to get rid of the stains and protect the furniture that could not be moved out of the way.  He recommended scotchguarding without a hard sell.  We decided to get it done hoping that it will help with future spills. 

The carpet looks like new- all the stains gone.  Kurt was at all times professional and it was obvious that he really knows his business.  We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Kurt is very nice and super professional. We confirmed the date of service and time - my daughter was moving in to a new house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned prior to the move. Kurt was on time, polite, did an excellent job and worked with us on the price. I would not hesitate to recommend him - we will use him again as the need rises.

Kurt was very professional. He came to the house to give an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment within a week. He arrived promptly and went right to work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I plan to use his cleaning services again in the Fall.

The process went great! Kurt, the owner does the estimate himself which is a big plus! He came out right away and gave clear and concise explanations of the work he would do to my carpet, the products he uses and what makes him stand out among his competition. He was social and personable yet, very professional. The day of the carpet cleaning I was surprised to see him arrive alone, but he clarified he had a last minute mix up with one of his employees that was supposed to work with him that day. Most confident and reassuringly he stated, "what matters most is that I'm here!" and he was right!
He handled the whole job alone like a champ and was done within the time frame he had originally quoted (3 hours). I am very pleased with the service and the carpets look brand new!

Kurt was great.  Our closing was delayed a few times and we were able to push him back till the time we needed.  It was after 6pm and he was still working at 9pm.  But since I was concerned about the noise from the truck I asked if we could do the stairs another time.  He was again very accommadating and willing to come back after we have settled in and for no charge.  I would definitely recommend him!

Everything went very well.  Kurt is a knowledgeable professional who obviously enjoys his job.  He did a beautiful job of steam cleaning our furniture, carpets and rugs.  Everything looked clean and new.  There were some very stained kitchen chairs that could not be cleaned and he very kindly discounted the price even though he spent a good deal of time on them.  He made sure to point out certain areas of spots that were impossible to remove without damaging the fabric or carpet.  He is a wealth of information on cleaning carpets and a very pleasant professional.  He was also very respectful of our home.  We will certainly call on him in the future and recommend him to others.
