Jamie Lindsley arrived promptly for our appointment and provided information about the roofing materials- complete with resource folder with pictures and details. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving our quote for our complete roof replacement along with two lower porches, we signed immediately. We had interviewed other companies but found that the estimate from lindsley was the best option- especially for the high quality of materials and a 50 year warranty! They were able to work around our schedule. On the installation day, The foreman, Joe, was kind and informative as well. His crew took care to secure our deck furniture and to be protective of our shrubs and flowers. The demo and install took less than a day - about 10 hours- including an immaculate cleanup. We highly recommend them!!

I recieved several quotes and J Lindsley was no where near the lowest price but they seemed like the right fit for my home. The team was great to work with, they got the job done fast but the house leaked a few months later, I had water coming down the sides of my chimney, they quickly repaired it but it should have been done right the first time. While the crew was here their scissor lift punctured my septic tank, the crew ensured me that they fixed it. Months later the septic collapsed, the weight of their equipment compromised the integrity of the septic lid and their patch job was not working, I contacted J Linsdley numerous times and finally got an email from them saying they were looking into it and they would call me back, I did not revieve a call back so I emailed them and tried calling with no word from them. Their lack of communication with me on the issue really left me with a bad image of their company.

J. Lindsley Roofers gave me an immediate estimate the day after I called. They then scheduled the job earlier than originally thought. Materials were delivered early on the day of the scheduled work. The crew arrived soon after. They took great care to cover and protect our landscaping and doors and windows. They were organized, efficient and satisfactorily completed the job in a few hours. After cleanup, the area looked better than when they arrived. The foreman was very pleasant to talk with and answered all questions. Highly recommend this company. Thank you!

These are the nicest people to work with! We had recently moved into our home and the roof started leaking damaging two interior walls. J Lindsley Roofing sent their sales manager the next day, gave us the best estimate and sent the nicest crew of men who promptly repaired it. Would highly recommend this company!

Showed up promptly, performed all the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up all the mess when they were done. We are pleased.

The roofing went fine, everything is good. They didn't do it perfect the first time, but they went back and put the drip edge up. I wasn't real happy about the way they put the drip edge up because it's still leaking behind or below the drip edge. When I contacted them about the drip edge, they did come back and finish the work. The price was very reasonable. They came in, they got it done and they were out of here. Their cleanup was real good. The only thing I had to call them back on was this drip edge and they came back and finished that. They could have sealed the drip edge, caulking or whatever, to make it so that there are no drips in between where they connected it. Other than that, I don't have any leaking anymore.

8 guys on roof, 1 worker on the ground cleaning up.  Excellent teamwork. Well oiled machine.  I was not planning on watching them work.  But it was so impressive that I did occasionally sit on my porch and watch them. They know what they are doing and work together well.  It was amazing how fast they work, they are paying attention and work hard.  It took 3 hours from arrival to departure.  They were courteous when they arrived and also when they left a few hours ago. Checked the ground after they left and not a scrap of debris was anywhere. Great clean-up.  Definitely professionals!!!!

The roofers came early that day (7:30am)  given that temperatures were going to be in the 90s. They were a crew of about 10 roofers that quickly went to work and worked till about 4:30 that day. I went to work, so I was not able to observe them, but my neighbor who was at home and her landscaper, mentioned that they were impressed with how each roofer diligently worked on their tasks and had the proper equipment to do their jobs (i.e. a cherry picker type machine to hoist up roofing materials to the roof). Having seen them work on my roof, my neighbor said that she would keep them in mind in case she needed her roof replaced in the future. I noted that they used plywood panels to protect the windows. When the roof was completed,  I did a quick walk around the house and did not see any debris laying on the ground.  The work was completed in one and a half days. Overall, I thought they did a very nice job and would use them again.

His guys were very professional and showed up early and worked till the job was done. Even had a couple guys on the ground that were designated to make sure my property was clean. 2 days they were done n gone. My property looked like they were never there. I highly recommend them and would definitely with out hesitation use them again.

He came, gave a quote. He wasn't the cheapest but after reading all the reviews and checking the better business bureau, we decided to go with him. He gave us a time line and said it would be a month before he could start which was fine. We had gotten a ton of rain in that month and I had assume, it would have put him behind but it did not. He called when the metal came and put it all up the very next day. Was here at 7am and was done by 3pm. My roof looks fantastic. What I didn't like, the tarps they put down crushed my plants and someone broke one of my solar lights and neglected to tell me. That was my only complaint. As far as punctual, and delivering a good product....he did a good job.

Jim Lindsley and a large crew arrived around 8am and immediately set to work.  They worked efficently and with a professional attitude.  At one point in the job, the crew discovered that two of our skylights required replacement.  They quickly procured new ones and installed them without missing a beat.  Despite the fact that replacing two skylights was unplanned, the fact that they 
were able to install them and STILL complete the roof in a single day was most appreciated.
 
During cleanup, the crew left the yard around our house CLEANER than when they'd arrived.  Jim Lindsley and his crew deserve the highest praise!  We recommend them to anyone else needing a new roof!
