Professional Hardscapes, We build quality Patios, Walls, Walkways, Drives and much more!! Free estimates with the Owner on every job, Customer service is our number one goal and as a company we think of innovative ways to do our projects.

"It’s been a few months since Ron completed our patio. I usually don’t leave reviews. I am a perfectionist that changes my mind and I know that can be tough to accommodate. Ron was terrific and exceeded my expectations. Our patio is incredibly beautiful. As a perfectionist I do have to point out the cutting of the curved stones was not exact but you cannot notice unless you are sitting on the wall. I will definitely work with him again. Great with kids and difficult customers!!!"

Armstrong Waterproofing was incorporated in 1992. The owner, Shane Armstrong, has been in the field of waterproofing for over 30 years and has learned what works and what doesn’t. We take pride in our work and it shows in the very low number of service calls and outstanding customer referrals.

"The crew from Armstrong Waterproofing did a fantastic job of fixing our drainage problem. They were punctual and on time every day and even worked later that would be expected to get to a good stopping point each day. They were very careful not to damage any electric and water lines coming into the house during the excavation process. They excavated the ground to the footers on the outside of the basement wall, cleaned and applied waterproofing, and installed drain pipe both for a footer drain and for any downspouts. We have already noticed a big difference in our basement wall, even with the excessive rain this week. They offered sensible options for fixing our problem at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Armstrong Waterproofing."

"I would avoid Joe and Everblak. We spoke through email about my driveway being narrow and having to do some sections by hand. We had concerns about the base after tearout as no additional stone was added and it didn't seem correct. After some emails back and forth trying to speak to someone in person. Joe stopped by unannounced. My wife saw him in the driveway and spoke briefly with him. He told my wife "the site needed more stone and it would be laid down if not before then on paving day." 3 days later the crew shows up with a paver thats too big and no stone. My wife speaks to Colin. He says that they have to leave and rethink the project. 4 hours later the crew shows up with asphalt and and goes to work. My wife head outside and stops them. Asks Colin where is the stone? He stated, " this is what happens when there is a 3rd party involved and says call joe" I call the phone number provided and it goes to voicemail. I call the office and Jessica tells me its "OK and if I am not satisfied they will tear the whole thing out and redo it." The crew hand paved the whole driveway. Never had a paving machine on site. They were gone in than less than 4 hours. The end of the driveway looks terrible not symmetrical. After a month and a half of trying to get Joe to my house to look. He refused and we were scheduled to meet Colin 8/31/22 @ 1:30. I tool off work to meet and he never showed. Around 3pm a crew of 3 showed up unannounced to "fix things". I had told Jessica multiple times I wanted nothing "fixed" until I discussed how things were going to be fixed. I sent an email to Joe 9/6 asking him to please work with me. He did not respond. I put a review with this information on their Facebook page. They responded by disabling their reviews. I have contacted a few other paving companies about how to go about fixing the issues. One company stated that Everblak utilizes sub contractors. So that may be shy Colin said something to my wife about getting confused with a 3rd party. Check out the pictures."

12 employees. No subs. Cost is determined by the job. Travel charges may apply. Extra charge for after-hours service may apply. May contact through email. Additional phone - (585) 663-7360.

"I hired this company to repair my chimney. John came over, looked at my chimney, and gave me a quote for $2650 for the total cost of the work. When he gave me the quote, it was apparent that the crown and bricks above the roof line had severe cracks and would need to be replaced. He said the job would take two days to complete. After a late start, the job took two and half weeks to complete. During the course of the project, I asked John to please let me know about any additional expenses that would be incurred and the pricing of these. He was very dodgy and wouldn't give me a straight answer. Finally, after the job was complete, he came by and stated that the final price for the work was $7100. He had added line items to his estimate, which we never discussed. Unless you want to be taken advantage of, don't hire this company"

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

Yes, zip flashing tape will stick to concrete. It also adheres to metal, PVC, glass, masonry blocks, and wood. Just make sure to keep sheathing at least ½ inch away from the concrete and use a backer rod to fill the space between the two. If you don’t have zip flashing tape, try any sealant with a backer rod or professional masking tape.

Building a concrete driveway normally takes between one and three days, including the time to cure the concrete. Wait at least seven days before driving on your driveway and two days before walking on it. Your contractor may require additional time if you need to level the ground, install a drainage system, or order special concrete materials. Installing a driveway also often requires a permit, so be sure to include this wait into your prep time as well.

The average cost of concrete for stairs or slabs is between $110 and $150 per cubic yard, or between roughly $4 and $5.50 per cubic foot for materials. Installation, form building, form materials, and preparation will increase the cost to between $150 and $200 or more per cubic yard

Yes, concrete driveways benefit from a driveway sealant. However, applying the wrong sealant to your concrete driveway can actually make it a safety hazard by turning the surface slippery if wet, so avoid epoxy or polyurethane sealers and go for an acrylic or a penetrating concrete sealer instead.

Generally speaking, stain is a better option for concrete because it soaks into the surface and won’t get worn away like a topical paint will. Painting concrete increases the risk that moisture will get trapped beneath the top layer of paint, which wears concrete down over time. So long as you know how to prep concrete for staining, you'll maintain its strength after you finish your project.
