(I wanted to have these items done before another contractor comes to install new flooring in June,) An example of their following through to the end. My vanity counter in the bathroom --- i wanted to replace. They purchased all the materials at Home Depot. In the store as well as when the brought the counter top here, There was a HAIR LINE crack that went from the faucet hole to the basin. They called me in and asked if I saw a crack in the piece, NO i saw no crack .. He used light beam and scanned the vanity top, There was a HAIR LINE approx 8". inches long. Unbelievable. Returning to H.D. they got another. Look at it and it looked fine. When they went to take it out of the box, the packaging foam was stuck to a corner, Took a dollar coin piece out!! They knew that this H.D. had no more in stock. They found one at another H.D. They went there to retrieve it. Once back - job was completed. They were very timely .. when they said they would be here, they were. They took all the material and old pieces out. I had a dumpster at my complex. All done. When you make your phone call and they are on the list...make them your FIRST call. You will find that no others need to be contacted. NOTE: they called me the next day to inquire if I had any issues! NO, I had none."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive.
