The company was established in 1980 by Dominick J. Gervasio who hired me (Derek Bridger) in 2005. In February of 2013 he sold the company to me. I work with the same passion and responsibility that he instilled in me. I'm the sole proprietor and do much of the work myself. I also have a team of companies that I can sub contract with to do even the largest projects. We accept, cash, check, or credit and always take extra care of returning customers! Very competitive pricing, excellent service guaranteed, and fully insured!

"I talked to Christopher because he was doing a neighbor's driveway. Since they were in the area, they did my driveway the next day. All employees were very personable and pleasant. There were small cosmetic issues the next day, but he came out right away and made the repairs. Overall a pleasant experience and we are thrilled with our new driveway.

"Great. Robert removed some fencing and an old brick patio. He regraded each area and added topsoil, grass seed and hay. It turned out exactly as I wanted."

"This was the fourth year that Jeff has done my snow removal! He is extremely professional, respectful, attentive to details, very timely and excellent follow-up / follow through!
I highly recommend him!!

"I was concerned about the cracks on two patios and a set of steps. Figuring I needed them lifted and resurfaced. Jim came out conducted a full inspection and told me the honest truth that I could spend the money to have them come in and do the work, but this really was something that was more suited for a DIY situation as long as I felt comfortable with some basic tools and abilities. If I got in over my head they would certainly come and fix everything but for the time being and the cost of materials, this was something I could handle. I can't express how refreshing it was to have someone honest come into my home and not treat me like an idiot and take advantage of a situation. HONEST!!!"

"I'm writing another review for T&T because after he did the work on my roof, he gave me a call to make sure everything was going ok and I was happy with the work he did. I thought that was pretty decent of him.

"Amazing! Gino and staff were on time all the time. Their work ethic was wonderful. Gino was always on site when any work was done. There were no excuses, even when the gutter people cut one of the gutters 3 inches too short, Gino brought it to my attention, called the gutter folks in front of me, went himself and picked up a brand new gutter and had it installed all in less than 2 hours.
The 6 people he had on the job could not have been more courteous to both my wife and myself, any time they entered our home it was shoes off, yes Sir, no Sir, yes Ma'am. I know for sure that Gino had on his staff both his Mother and Father, and the three other men as mentioned above, just simply could not have been nicer.
I had requested specific materials be used and when they were delivered I was brought out to inspect and sure enough everything I wanted was there.
I saw that G+A has a B rating with Angies List, all I can say is, from my point of view, they are A+.
One final thought, we have recommeded G+A 5 times in the short time since they completed all our work, and I know they have booked my Son's home, are doing this very day a home of one of our Church Parishoners, and as soon as they finish that home they are moving across the street to his neighbor. Well done G+A, you quoted a price and stuck to it, did not try to pull the wool over our eyes at all, and have acted like ladies and gentlemen at all times. It was a pleasure doing business with your Company.
