"Staats was very efficient, clear, and knowledgeable about the work they did. I stopped down to observe and talk about the work numerous times, and the end result is perfect, and looks brand new. We removed some 50-60 year old foundation windows and replaced them with new ones, and they look great, function well, and are securely installed. I also got some good tips about future maintenance and things to watch for. I will be having them back to handle the opposite side of the foundation."

"The most important detail is that CP stands by its work. A problem did develop over the winter, but company made it clear that they would make repairs gratis. I've only had this kind of work done once, so I can't compare the experience to that of any other company, but these guys were competent and responsive. I do wish I'd been onsite to check the work as it progressed; they could have cleaned up a bit better. Still, largely satisfied, as was a neighbor who also used them and recommended them to me.
