Terrible. Young kid. No skills. No equipment. So he needs to use yours Doesn’t show up. Not a business. Has no employees. Picks up a different day laborer each day Lousy work. Always needs money. And then tries to steal your supplies and equipment tried to help him and give him work. But he can’t handle anything beyond mowing your lawn. And I’d be hesitant to hire him for that
