"I put in a request for a quote for windows and David Apgar from Apgar construction was the only contractor recommended. When he came to give me an estimate he told me he could save me 20% if I didn't go through Angie's and then I signed a contract with him and put down a deposit for materials. He never actually ordered windows or showed up when he was scheduled. Now after a year I have filed a complaint with BBB and gotten a partial refund and took him to small claims court and won my case for a full refund which I still have not received. I am just hoping to add a review for him or report him for fraud so he cannot keep doing the same thing to other customers."

I got a second informal quote from Broomhilda Cleaners, as they were washing our windows after the power washing, and I paid JBK Builders twice what they would have charged for the same job, plus they would have then done the windows afterwards."
