High marks to Stephanie. This company installed heated flooring and pot lights in my basement and were extremely professional. The price was fair and they worked efficiently and cleaned up really well after each days work. They were very accommodating with any special requests I had and with ensuring that furniture was put back once the floors were completed. I highly recommend Stephanie and her team!! Stephanie and her team fully renovated our guest bathroom, turning it from a half bathroom to a full bathroom, redid our entryway floors, and changed closet doors in three bedrooms. Overall, our experience has been excellent. Interacting with Stephanie was pleasant and straightforward from the moment she provided us with an estimate for the job. Her quote was clear, comprehensive and accurately reflected the ultimate cost of the job. She provided advice and recommendations on the design of the bathroom (e.g., where to put the sink) and helped us make practical and cost-effective decisions in choosing fixtures, tiles, etc. The work started on time and proceeded according to the timeline we agreed upon. Communication during the renovation was clear and prompt so that any issue was dealt swiftly and satisfactorily. I found Stephanie's work to be of very high quality: she clearly cares about quality and that definitely shows and sets her apart from many other contractors. I would not hesitate to hire her again for more work in the future.

It was a considerable undertaking that Stephanie did with gusto and amazing to problem solve and anticipate issues on the fly. Good project managers are notoriously hard to find. Stephanie cared for our project and is comfortable in both worlds: hands-on execution and communication. The complexity of the issues never ended throughout the duration of the project. The more we opened the house up, the more we discovered. Stephanie was able to navigate dealing with 3 different engineers, close to 15 tradespeople, 3 city inspectors, all while moving the project forward, keeping workers safe, and relaying the information back to us 3 provinces away. When a part of our foundation kept leaking, she was able to fully understand where the issue was located, what needed to be done, and hired the right person to do the job. When the HVAC was using too much bulkhead to route their ducts, she told them to stop and reroute. When one engineer wrote a report that lacked clarity and good English, she found another one. When materials ordered by the previous contractor did not make sense for the space, she picked this up and proposed an alternative. And the list goes on. Stephanie is a godsend for us, for which we will be forever grateful. We wish her the very best with her new venture in the US.

Stephanie has been instrumental in bringing a full vision on our project. She suggested finishes we had not considered and it looks and feels amazing. She's very keen on guiding you toward an elegant and very durable space. I would recommend her to anyone. She was such a pleasure to work with.

We originally hired Stephanie through a Home Depot referral and we were immediately impressed with her work portfolio. After meeting her, we knew we found the right contractor. We only wish we had found her sooner for a kitchen renovation that was already in progress with another contractor. Stephanie did several jobs for us including doorways, painting, lighting, a renovated bathroom, a new dining room built-in, renovated fireplace, and new hardwood floors and tile. Stephanie was a absolute pleasure to work with. She answered are many questions, explained everything in way easy to understand, and provided detailed quotes and invoices so there was no possible misunderstandings. Stephanie would even help with my many design decisions and helped picked lighting fixtures, accessories, and even furniture. Our only regret is that Stephanie moved from our city so we can't hire her again for additional renovations.

It was above and beyond our expectations. The work was done on time and on budget, with significant help for the design. We love the results. Stéphanie & Co. were a pleasure to deal with.
