"Vinnie came to give me an estimate to remove and replace the fluidmaster and flapper in my master bedroom's bathroom toilet. He arrived looking very professional and confident in his abilities to fix my problem. He patiently explained what it would take to fix the toilet and quoted a very reasonable price. I decided to make an appointment with him for the repair, but he advised me that he had all the parts he needed on the truck and, since he was already here, why not do it now? I didn't hesitate to agree and I don't regret my decision. Although Vinnie is a young man, he approached the job with an old world work ethic . He completed the job in practically no time, had everything he needed, and when he ran into an unexpected snag, had those parts too. When Vinnie entered my home today for the first time, he stated that he wanted to become my plumber, the plumber I will call in the future for all my plumbing problems. After witnessing the manner in which he works, I will definitely call him again should I have plumbing issues in the future. He also noticed some additional problems which I wasn't aware of and he gave me a quote for repairing those other issues. "John the owner is an expert and is on a mission to have his best men solve the problem in the most expeditious and pleasant smelling as possible.  John sent over Paul who was a specialist hands DOWN!!!  I will always use them for their expertise on cesspools and plumbing.  Paul came into my house to see where the plumbing was originating and saw some faulty pipes and set we up with an appointment to fix that problem after consulting with head man John.  Hands down to this company who was fast efficient and reasonably priced.
