"Luis was an accommodating professional. Did a fantastic job on fixing hardwood floor board spaces before sanding and finishing the dining room hardwood floor with NO DUST and NO MISSED EDGES, like previous sanding jobs I have had. I will only use ROYAL FLOOR SANDING when my other floors need repair and refinishing."

"Guy was so amazing in helping us refinish our floors - after another company couldn't finish the job right. Communication was excellent, as was timeliness, setting and meeting expectations of the job, and the floors look perfect! Highly recommend."

"They were able to turnaround the work quickly from initial discussion, which took place on a Friday. Confirmation of work on Monday and actual project work on Tuesday. They fully completed repair and refinishing of 1 room in 1 day and the floor has never looked better. They replaced multiple broken boards, sanded the entire floor, restained the entire floor and cleaned up behind themselves. This was a great, quick, high quality project at a reasonable price."

"Adam and his crew did a fantastic job of refinishing our living room and dining room floors. Adam went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his work. He takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. He excels at his craft. I would highly recommend Ontario Flooring."

"I am so happy with my floors. Marcin and his coworker spent 3 days removing carpeting, sanding, and beautifully finishing our white oak flooring. The floors look brand new and we couldn’t be happier. They were meticulous and clean. Marcin is a true craftsman. Beautiful job guys! Thank you."

"John was very responsive with my schedule and patient when I changed some of the details of the job. Evan the installer did a fantastic job with my old, worn oak floor. He had some new flooring that ran perpendicular to my existing floor that he put down, sanded the entire floor (344 square feet) and had everything stained before he left on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning he put down the coats of finish and was done by early afternoon. My wife and I were so pleased with the speed, quality and professionalism of all involved."

"Very professional! Good quote. Showed up on time. Beautiful sanding and coating. Left the area very clean. Highly recommend them!!!"

"Palermo Flooring Inc I recently had the pleasure of working with **Palermo Flooring Inc**, and they truly saved the day. After a frustrating experience with another company due to their careless work, I was in a panic to find someone reliable. That’s when I came across Palermo Flooring. Upon meeting with the owner, **Matthew Bruno**, I explained the situation. He quickly assessed the condition of my floors, as we were planning to refinish and stain the hardwood in six rooms. Matthew and his team of 2 to 3 specialists were everything I hoped for: prompt, respectful, and highly professional. They were incredibly patient and even great with pets, which was a huge plus. Their workmanship was exceptional, leaving my floors looking stunning. The team was clean, courteous, and meticulous, ensuring every detail was perfect. I can’t recommend Palermo Flooring Inc enough. If you don’t hire them, you’re truly missing out on top-notch service. ---"

"Eguz Wood Flooring refinished our bedroom floor. The work entailed sanding, staining, and applying several coats of polyurethane. The work was completed promptly and the results were excellent. We intend to hire Eddy again to refinish our dining room flooring."
