I was very impressed with this company. Muhammed and his crew arrived on time to fix our leaky roof. He explained what the plan was and provided us with the proposal. They also cleaned up the area after the job was completed. We are satisfy with the job done and I would gladly recommend this company.

My project had become an emergency and since we are entering hurricane season this needed to be done. Mohamed looked at what was needed and got to work right away. I really appreciated their work and professionalism displayed. Work was completed within the timeframe and you did not know they were there. My Mom always told me early bird catches the worm. Great job done and I’m pleased with their service.

Mohammed and his team were true professionals from beginning to end. Work was completed in the time quoted despite the stormy weather and when finished they cleaned up the area. For my kitchen roof they installed new shingles, replaced the gutters and installed a metal cap on the fascia board. They also patched a bathroom window above the kitchen roof. For my garage his team replaced and waterproofed the roof and rebuilt part of the side wall. There was always a project manager onsite overseeing the work and Mohammed stopped by often to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. In addition, I received a detailed (39 pages) report that included the contract, a copy of their license and insurance, references and photos with descriptions of the work being done. Work came with a ten (10) year warranty. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for a future project.

Mohammad and his team were professional from start to finish. Communication was prompt and courteous throughout the project. The job involved complete removal of the old, leaking roof of our Manhattan brownstone, and rebuilding it with a multi-layer, fully sealed new roof. Mohammad gave a prompt and extremely thorough quote, showing with custom annotated photos of our roof exactly what they would do. They provide a 10-yr. warranty and are fully licensed and insured. They showed up when promised, and completed the job on time. When a small leak appeared during the recent hurricane, he returned to seal it up at no charge. I fully recommend Fine Waterproofing.

Moahmmad called immediately and we set up a day for him to arrive and provide a free estimate. It was fair and his team showed up the next day. They replaced the entire roof (installed double ply shingles and hip end cap) in a day, cleaned up and left. They were polite and professional. I am happy with the service and would do business with them again.

I contacted Home advisor, needing to have my roof looked at. Not only was waterproofing the first company to call me, but they gave me the best price by far and started the job the very same day. There customer service was very professional, patient and accommodating. I recommend this company and plan on using them again for maintaining of my roof and gutter.

They did a quality job . They were polite, punctual, and left my home clean. When I had a minor issue with the aluminum flashing after a storm, they were here the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend this company!

Muhammed took his time and explained the entire process step-by-step, including a breakdown of all the materials he'd be using. Then came the extremely detailed and impressive write-up. Most contractors I met with gave me a simple one page write-up with hand written notes. Fine Waterproofing gave me a 26-page detailed report of all the products and steps that will be taken throughout the project. This made me feel confident that I may the right choice. The finished product was excellent and just reaffirmed my choice. Fine Waterproofing wasn't the least expensive of all the contractors I met but I know they were the best choice. I will definitely be using them for future investment properties.

I thought the work was done very well,so I wanted the contractor to do my front roof at a later date.He said he could do it that day or later in the week,but I had to pay more money because of unforeseen repairs.I told him that I could not do the work now because of lack of funds. He stated that if I called him at a later date he would charge me more money.I could not believe this.I am interested in you doing the same thing at a later date and you want to charge me additional money.I would have hired him and told others about his work,but I did not like the attitude.

Water proofing and replacing siding on rear of house. I had a business for 45 years and consider myself a pretty good judge of people. When I met the owner I was impressed. I liked his professionalism and the knowledge he had for my problem. He even pointed out things I was not aware of. A few days after the work was completed a gutter came loose.
