One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

We called Joe and explained our situation. He came the same day to assess the situation and gave us reasonable estimate. Regraded our front lawn with 40 yards of screened soil, also laid a drainage pipe from a basement sump pump approximately 100ft. Underground. They finished the job with seeding and covered with straw mulch. Fantastic job thank you would highly recommend."

"I felt the need to write this review, although technically Greg and I have never done business. In the recent round of rain storms, my sump pump stopped working as it is supposed to, and I ended up with about 5 inches of groundwater in the basement. I was able to get the sump pump working again, but 3 days after it stopped raining, I was still getting a lot of water in the pit. I found a sticker for Contractors Waterfproofing, and figured they might of installed the system for the old owners, so I gave them a call. From the moment he picked up Greg was service oriented and responsive. He asked for my address to look up the job, and when he couldn't find it, he called back within 5 minutes to ask what was going on. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me that was normal for my part of town, and told me I just needed to replace the pump and I would be fine. He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, and was willing to explain the whole job in detail."

"Marc recently installed a driveway drain at my residence because of driveway settling and water pooling in the vicinity of the garage door entrance. I was hesitant as our driveway is fairly new and I worried the aesthetics might suffer and the pavement could become compromised. Marc patiently explained the process and quickly followed with a reasonable estimate. I did however, wait to submit my review until after the first heavy rainfall and I am pleased to report the drain worked perfectly even under recent, severe/storm conditions! The job was completed in one day as promised and I was especially pleased with the clean-up and attention to detail. Marc and his sons worked tirelessly, professionally and I would highly recommend them for any similar projects."

"Guys came in and worked. No lollygagging or long breaks or any of that just plowed through on a dirty two-day job and their work made me feel a heck of a lot better about the structure of our home. Did great work. The only complaint is that they did not repair a small basement window casing that they pried open to get materials to the basement. I am sure had I contacted them they would have come back and fixed it, but it was not anything nice to begin with and I was able to repair myself pretty easily so I never even brought it to their attention."

"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."
