They live up to their company name, “At Ease!” I had to fill in an in ground pool (18’ x 38’) Paul assisted/represented me w/my local municipality which had strict guidelines for residential fill, but offered no leads as to various quarries, soil testing companies and was frequently non communicative. Paul was THERE every step of the way with rapid responses, finding appropriate quarries, managed the soil testing procedures and submitted them, chose special lighter/smaller excavation equipment due to the precarious entry to my back yard and extra protective measures for our driveway. When buying caulk, look for ones labeled for tub and tile. These have either acrylic latex or silicone compounds. This allows the caulk to stick to smooth surfaces and prevent mildew from forming. 

A flue pipe should go straight up from the back of the fireplace to the top of the chimney.
