He took measurements and filled out an estimate on the spot. He clearly explained the process and how the cleaning would be done. He gave me a date for the following week. I called a couple of days later asking if I could add another apartment to the job and he was very accommodating. He came out with 2 helpers and completed the work in about 5 hours. They did a fantastic job and the 2 year old carpets that had ground in dirt from daily tenant traffic look new again.
