Ed was very accommodating as we had to move the install until after the holidays and they wouldn't put the floor down until the humidity was just right. "We didn't use them because I felt that they were really pushy and not really listening to what our needs were; they were just trying to move a product. The estimate process went fine. However, subsequent visits to their warehouse to select products were a little uncomfortable for my husband and me. There were just one or two products that they were really pushing. They were just not as accommodating. They ended up being kind of mean when I ultimately didn't want to work with them."

"VMV was incredible. I totally to cover my furniture and they put plastic around everything as soon as they go there to make sure nothing got dirty in the process. My floors look beautiful, I got a hardened wood composite. The contractor that sold us the flooring told us it would be a week maybe a week and a half. This crew got it done in 4 days! They had to demolish my old wooden floors too. They are so pretty, it makes the space look so much larger and brighter. Thanks VMV. You guys rock."
