New Life PaintingRay and his guys did a great job on my home. They begain by power washing the house, scrapped all the loose paint, caulking where needed to be caulked and even replaced some of the bad siding the contractor before them missed. It took several days to complete the job and were here two weeks as I added other jobs along the way. Ray spray painted the whole house first then the guys went to work on the trim and windows. Then they went back to look for anything missed and touched up. I had the guys replace bad boards on my deck and they stained the deck to match the color of the trex I had them put on the bottom deck. Spot on! I also had them replace some plumbing and lastly one of my main beams in the garage cracked and even though they were done with my job Ray responded right away and the guys came over repairing the problem. Very pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail and overall they made sure when they left we were satisfied. Work was top notch and prices very very reasonable. New Life PaintingRay was the first to respond to my initial inquiry and he responded quickly. He gave us an estimate right away with a very fair quote. Ray and his crew were very polite and willing to work with us in whatever ways we wished. They were able to make all of the repairs we needed and did an excellent job. They kept their equipment picked up at the end of each work day. They made sure that we were satisfied with their work and asked frequently if we were happy with the job they were doing. Well, I learned my lesson. Avoid this unprofessional company at all costs. They are not good for their word, they will not complete the work as contracted, and will damage your property. A month later and peeling and bubbling paint. Doors stick, all the windows got painted (which were supposed to not get paint) windows were damaged when they tried to remove the paint they got on windows. Massive amounts of glitter dropped on my property, and once they realized it was there they then proceeded to drop it in my hot tub. Garbage left all over my property during the job. All repairs done with putty that they have never used on a job before. When asked if they were proud and if this was their best work, I was told no. And that it became more work than they thought, which I’m guessing is why they skipped a lot of the prep work. Had the owner email me with a few hours notice that she was demanding almost complete payment (in cash) and that she was on the way to get it. And that was because they couldn’t afford to pay their employees. The contract clearly stated that payment would be upon completion. Paid extra money for sanding that never got finished. All around, I got ripped off by a very unprofessional group. One of them did make a few goodwill efforts and did some of the concrete repairs on the back for free. And the concrete work looks far better than the paint. That’s about the only positive to come from it. Now I will need to pay a real painting company to come repair this .

Concept II have just completed our new kitchen installation and in a word "OUTSTANDING'! From conception to installation, the project has been hassle free, on time and on budget. You know the saying "what you pay is what you get", in our case what we got far, far more than we expected, and in a very good way. The design team of Ross, Karen and Deb were fun to work and incorporated our ideas on layout and materials into the final design. The same want for Tommy, Nick, Benny and Jake who did the various aspects of the installation. It took them just 6 weeks from demolition to fitting the final piece of the our new kitchen. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and respect could not be bettered. We cannot recommend Concept II more highly. They are THE BEST - look no further.

All of our employees have at a minimum 15 years experience in residential property maintenance. All work is discussed before hand to reach the customers satisfaction. Payment for work to be performed will be discussed at time of estimate. We offer a 10% discount to seniors on our standard price list. Sign before February 14 and receive a 5% discount on the overall estimate.

We live out of the area and have used Keith's Handyman many times to help with repairs to a family member's home. He has done roof repairs, door/framing replacements, and a bathroom remodel. We also hired him to do leaf and snow removal. All projects and services were great. His team is prompt, courteous, and takes pride in their work. We trust him to do the job right, and to do it on time and on budget. We highly recommend Ketih's Handyman and will work with them again.
