Ed was very accommodating as we had to move the install until after the holidays and they wouldn't put the floor down until the humidity was just right. The floors came out beautiful and Ed is passionate about doing a good job and is one of the best contractors I have ever had in my house. I highly recommend Ed."

The salesman on the other hand, though friendly and efficient when he came to our house, left out the fact that the quarter round would not be varnished to match the molding and the floor . This leaves us with more work to do and therefore further expenses. We felt that this should have been included. Also, communication on the part of the salesman was lacking. He didn't leave a business card with us, and didn't call us to give us a heads up as to when the pros would be arriving. I had to call Customer service myself. And then, when I called, I got an answering machine 3 times. But the pros seemed to do a good job!"
