However, subsequent visits to their warehouse to select products were a little uncomfortable for my husband and me. There were just one or two products that they were really pushing. They were just not as accommodating. They ended up being kind of mean when I ultimately didn't want to work with them."

"First, these guys arrived on time.  That's a BIG plus in my book.  They set-up their stuff, kept to themselves and worked hard.  I mean, they were both sweating.  When they left the carpets were almost dry and my tile was dry.  Both looked brand new and the tile grout was cleaner than I ever remember it.

"Rapid Dry called me the very next day after I purchased the $125 special via Angie's List to schedule the service. They fit my schedule perfectly. Alex showed up right on time--maybe even a minute or 2 early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He accommodated all my special requests, was obviously very good at what he does and was very customer service oriented. He actually probably did a bit more area than was part of the special without me even asking. When finished, Alex checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied and even offered to come back if I noticed any ares that had not come clean. No need for that as he did a great job even getting out some spots/stains that we had been unable to get out with those spray carpet cleaners. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
