If you are looking for a flooring company who will provide you with excuse after excuse as to why they can not work more than 4 hrs, why they show up late or why they have to leave early look no further. First of all, â Iâ ll be there first thing in the morningâ means around 11am, if he shows up on time. At the beginning an employee hit my carpet in the living room with the sander, damaging it. Said heâ ll fix it at the end, ok cool. I ended up having him NOT do an office room as the floors looked new after emptying them, he knocked off almost $500. He then wanted to charge me $300 for three transition pieces between rooms. I told him I thought it was steep since he took almost $500 off to sand and refinish an entire room, I donâ t see how staining three pieces of wood and putting them in costing more than half to finish a room. He replies â lol ok you winâ as if Iâ m trying to get one over on him. Not professional. Last but not least on top of me confronting him about the non stop excuses, my headlights donâ t work I canâ t stay past 4â â I canâ t find guys to work todayâ â Iâ ll be there in 50 minutesâ (hour and 45 mins later he shows up saying he stopped to do a quote on the way). He tells me Iâ ll fix your carpet first thing in the morningâ ¦ noon comes around â oh I had a busy morning waiting for a coat to dryâ , 2PM comes around â Oh my truck broke downâ . He tried to tell me the project took 8 days of work but I quickly reminded him how two of those days he worked 7 hrs total.. He once again had excuse after excuse to not fix the carpet his company ruined. At the end of the day I would give this experience 0/5 starts but .5 is the least I can do. I canâ t express how much I DONT recommend this company. Oh, his employee called me today to verify if I paid him because Justin lost his phoneâ ¦

Dustin and his team were amazing. We did not think the floors could possibly look this good! Dustin was professional and easy to work with. He is a craftsman who loves what he does! We were lucky to find him. Thank you to Dustin and his team for doing such a fabulous job!

Tagg Flooring did an Amazing job on our oak floors! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to refinish hardwood flooring. Our floors were original to our 147 year old home and they brought them back to looking new and ready for another 100+ years.

Truly this contractor did what was asked and beyond! An 1880â s house with sad maple flooring in four rooms and stairs. This genius vision of Dustinâ s was exactly the kind of Floor refinishing (and 2 stairways) that we were lucky enough to hire. Dustin and his assistant brought the life back to original wood floors. A few tweaks replacing worn out trim to look like it belonged! The back stairway was almost hopeless. Other contractors said cover it, paint it, etc. Dustin said well I have an idea that will work.. and I had tears at how much original wood came back to life after coats of old varnish were caked on those stairs! The floors are amazing and dusty went out of his way to help fix a few things that needed to be done.

Dustin, mr. Matt, and Elizabeth were all very pleasant and helpful. They did a wonderful job refinishing and installing new hardwood floors.

The house i bought had hardwoods in the worst condition id seen, dustin came and fixed them up and they look as good as new! Such a fantastic job!!! Definitely recommend

The Tech and his helper were very efficient, They worked very well together and knew exactly what and how they were going to do the job. It was done the same day in a matter of a few hours and looked great! No mess was left behind either. Iâ d recommend them hands down! Good job!
