"Jermaine C Home Improvement LLC was paired with me to complete a project for my bathroom. He was contracted to install a vanity, exhaust fan, faucet, recessed medicine cabinet, and vanity light. The job was supposed to be approximately 4 hours with a 3-man crew; it took 7 hours. The contractor put a hole in the sheetrock, left 16 sheetrock nails exposed around the full perimeter of the medicine cabinet, and the faucet is leaking, and I found water on the lower shelf of my new vanity. The plumbing pipe he installed is leaking. The contractor was not going to install the backsplash until asked, and he was trying to leave the job without repairing the wall damage. It was only as I entered the bathroom and saw the wall, he then proceeded to ask if I wanted him to repair the wall. At that point, I wanted him out of the house and off my property. This was an extremely horrible and frustrating experience that is going to cost me even significantly more money to repair the work he did. Due to this contractor's conduct, I need to have a GC, plumber, and electrician come in to check his work and make the necessary repairs. I paid over $1,400 for a 3-man crew and a job that should have taken 4 hours, took 7."

"Dan did an excellent job of repairing some log rot that was in a critical location of the structure He was thoughtful, creative and thorough. "I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUT TO MR BOB BECAUSE MY HUSBAND LEFT HIS WORKING TOOLS AT A JOB SITE THAT WAS BEING DONE FOR HIM , I HAVE CALLED I HAVE TEXTED HIS NUMBER HE BLOCKED ME DONT ANSWER ANY OF MY TEXT OR CALLS HE TOOK VALUABLE WORKING TOOLS THIS GUY IS NOT A HONEST PERSON. I HAD ALSO MENTIONED I AM GOING TO GET THE TOOLS AT HIS PLACE AND HE SAID I DONT WANT YOU TO COME I WILL GO AND DROP IT OF BUT HE HAS NOT CALLED AND BLOCKED ME DOESNT ANSWER AT ALL . WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IM GOING THREW WITH HIM AND THIS GUY IS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION MY FAMILY IS GOING THREW RIGHT NOW."
