I have a submersible well and it's very hard to access. We've been having major issues and after several poor experiences elsewhere we called Hanson. They made the long trek to my well and after spending some time diagnosed several issues. Eventually I will likely need a new well as the old one is old and drying up but the 2 service men were able get the well running so we have water until we can determine a permanent solution. These guys clearly were very knowledgable and knew exactly what they were doing. Also a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend and will use again when it comes time for the new well.

Todd arrived about 45 minutes after we called and was thorough and didn't mind use hanging over him while he worked and asking literally a million questions.

Hanson crew came out Saturday morning a few hours after I called. The pump was replaced and they were gone in 4hr. Very professional crew and I was amazed how quickly job was completed.

Hanson did a fantastic job. Although we're still trouble-shooting my "issue", they've been great about following up and scheduling secondary checks. We'll figure it out!!

After dealing with water flow problems for nearly a year and trying everything I could I gave up and called Hanson, The owner was not immediately available but he called me back promptly. He scheduled someone to come out first thing in the morning. Billy, showed up exactly on time. He took an assesment of our situation and attempted to repair our pump, in the hopes we would not need a new one. After clearing it of clogs for a third time we made the decision to replace the pump. He was very professional the entire time. I would recommend Hanson and Billy for any well related issues.

The two representatives of the company were very polite and seemed to be interested in helping us however thei quality of their work did not appear to be backed by knowledge and expertise. It did not go well and they left after only 2 hours with our well being in worse condition than before they started. In trying to remove the pump to replace it, they dropped it back down the well and jammed it. They attempted to lift it a couple of times and then announced we needed a new well. They suggested that our well had caved in and that was the problem.. They came to this conclusion without any attempt to use a camera to see what the real issue was. They charge us over $500.00 for less than 2 hours work and suggested that the owner might work something out should we use them to drill the new well.
We have since had another company working on the repair and I am delighted to report that a new well was not needed. The new driller used a camera and was able to tell us that the well was protected from a cave in. The most difficult part of the repair was correcting the damage done by Hansen's workers. I would never be able to recommend them to anyone.

I had a price from another well service company but due to their scheduling problems I would be out of water over a weekend.I called Hanson's and they were there in 20 minutes ready to work.Todd accessed the problem pulled the pump and discovered that it had failed after 15 years.The pressure tank also was very old and was water logged and leaking.Todd started replacing the pump and Joe showed up to assist Todd in finishing the job.They started at 2:30 and were done by 5:30 including removing the old tank and taking out  an old filter system.I had my water back for the weekend,the installation looked neat and professional.I can't say enough about this company and their workers.The lesson learned is shop local but do business with a company has the depth and number of employees to take care of you when have a problem.Also the price of the work was $600.00 less than the other quote.

Hanson Well Drilling and Pump Company was very impressive from the time they set foot on my property until the time they left. They drilled the new well and had to install casing all the way until they hit course gravel at 185 feet which yielded over 50 gallons per minute. This was quite a difference from the 400 feet originally thought. They then installed the submersible pump and made all the plumbing and electrical connections in the house. They repaired the ruts in my front lawn caused by their trucks and drill rig and smoothed out the soil in the work area. Tom, Tommy, Joe and all their employees were professional, friendly, courteous and very helpful. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Joe arrived exactly on time - with a professional truck and was equipped with everything needed to complete the job.
The pump replaced was thirty years old and somewhat problematic to remove - however, with his knowledge, experience, and the well equipped truck - quick work was made of it. Wiring and piping was also replaced - all in a "meant to least a long time" manner.
It took about four hours to complete the job.
I highly recommend Hanson Well Drilling for pump replacement - based upon my recent experience.

We had been having problems with our well and pump since we moved into this house. We had numerous people in to try and fix the problem and no one was able to fix it. We finally called Hanson, they responded promptly and courteously and the diligently worked to fix the problem the first time. They were able to do what on one else was able to do and we have not had any problems since. If we every need any additional well or pump work, we will only call Hanson, they are experts and we would highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with Hanson. We were without water due to a broken well pump. They came quickly and worked diligently in spite of the heavy rain and difficulty with the existing well set up. When the pump did not perform the next day, they came back quickly and fixed the problem. I would call them again for any well issues.

Initial call was not responded to for 5 hours. Since I had no water I was hoping for a quicker response time, however, they were very communicative with regards of getting to my home the next day and at what time. Showed up right on time on Saturday and went to work. I ended up helping the serviceman and learned a lot along the way. Bit more expensive than I thought it would be.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MATTER. I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW MUCH IT COST, BUT I REALLY HAD NOTHING TO COMPARE IT TOO.
