We had a two National Franchise companies clean the whole house carpets over the past 7 years and they said power rake was not needed. Mario proved power rake is REQUIRED to properly deep clean the carpetâ s. Outstanding customer service and very willing to answer any questions in regards to the service provided. Couch Cleaning Services FAQs, answered by experts

Keeping your air filter clean is crucial for your heat pump's efficiency. As a general rule, you should check your air filter every 1 to 3 months. However, the actual frequency might vary depending on factors like the type of filter, indoor air quality, and the amount of dust and debris in your area. If you notice the filter is visibly dirty or clogged, it's a clear sign it needs attention sooner. Regular filter maintenance ensures proper airflow and helps your heat pump perform optimally, keeping your indoor air fresh and comfortable.

Issues like refrigerant leaks, electrical problems, and airflow obstructions are handled expertly.

Repair costs range from $150 to $700, depending on the issue, part replacements, and labor.

Air filters with a high MERV rating, 11 or above, shouldn't cause airflow problems in most residential systems. However, the airflow can be restricted in some HVAC systems if they aren't designed for high MERV ratings. If in doubt, a local duct installer should inspect your ductwork so that you know what your system can handle.

While you can run your HVAC system without an air filter, it isn’t something professionals recommend—especially not for an extended period. It can reduce indoor air quality, clog air ducts, and strain your system. This can lead to performance issues, higher energy bills, costly repairs, and a reduction in the system's lifespan.
