"I had two fairly large area rugs that our new puppy had used for her business before she was trained! One was synthetic and one wool.  I tried to clean out the odors to no avail, but didn't want to throw the rugs out as they were fairly new.  I called Bell from Angie's List in the evening and received a call back first thing in the morning to set an appointment.  I have a backyard cement patio so both of the rugs could be cleaned there, which was convenient.  (Summer weather). Tom, the technician arrived on time. He explained the service, and then spent a good amount of time cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing the rugs.  Pet odors are difficult to completely remove from rugs so I wasn't sure how things would turn out, but they turned out clean and fresh.  I put them back down on the floor and they look clean and don't smell.  Bell called us back to check on the work, which I appreciate. I am very satisfied with the work.

If I have something happen in any of our buildings, they are very quick to contact me back to schedule the best time for them to come by and take care of what is needed. They aim to be very respectful of our time and employees so they don't interrupt our work flow. When they call us they generally try to complete the work on the same day and will change up their routine to accommodate our employees who are still working so they don't disturb them. They are really great to work with. He drops in periodically to check and make sure we are happy with the work completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service."

"Service called to changed appt. time. from 7:30 am. I advised them I had to leave by 11 am. They promised 10 am but got lost and arrived at 10:30. Took them 25 minutes to clean living room, office, and hallway carpets. I noticed water leaking from cleaning machine. Cleaner advised she was catching it with towel and that carpet would be dry in a few hours. It was wet until next morning."
