I was very impressed with the professionalism and communication and ease of scheduling. I love all the extra details they did from the towel folding to toilet paper design!This is probably the best cleaning company west of the Mississippi!

one person quit, couldn't come and rescheduled. sent one person to do a 2300 SQ FT house, took my personal cleaners (which I had to ask for back), and took two days to do my parents house 1500 SQ FT, and items came up missing as well. Was told that I was getting a deep clean from top to bottom on both houses and one bathroom was not even touched, stove not touched and no ceiling fans even dusted. Worst cleaning I have ever seen. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Fast efficient reasonable Ricky knows business

I hired Ricky to fix a kitchen drawer. He would only replace the side that was broke. So the next day the side he wouldn't replace broke. So I called he about the other side breaking and he said it was to far to come out and fix what he wouldn't fix the first time❓

First off, the gentlemen who performed the service were very professional and I was comfortable with them in my home. However, I have gold carpets that are approximately 5 years old. The normal high traffic areas, which they agreed were not bad at all, did not come completely clean. The representative claimed he tried getting these areas clean but the dirt was embedded. The carpet is still not dry after almost 24 hours. I am very disappointed and uncertain if what I was told is correct.

I have used housekeepers for years and the Doing It Right Carpet Cleaning crew is hands down the best. They did an outstanding job, especially vacuuming my carpeting. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Although late arriving, I was called so I knew. All jobs, house cleaning, carpet stretching and carpet cleaning were GREAT! The teams were professional and friendly. I highly recommend these services and this company.

I would not recommend this company for cleaning services. I needed my new home cleaned before we moved in. Ricky was very professional but cleaning was not done well. The first time they came they were 45 minutes late and they had to come back because they missed many things and were over an hour late the second time. I gave a specific list on what was missed the first time and it was still not completed. They cleaned my blinds but only the part that was open...not the blades bunched at the bottom. They were not worth the money I paid and it was near impossible to communicate with the cleaner.

Three hard working and amazing women deep cleaned my house. I did not realize just how much I needed them. Everything sparkles. They even pulled out the stove and refrigerator and cleaned behind them (something I had never done). Would recommend this company highly.

Ricky is straight forward and honest. He did everything necessary to finish the job including the shopping for replacement fixtures in the undermount sink replacement.

After they left I had to go and buy a spot remover and try to remove all the spots by myself....it came out better then the pro's...and it only cost $6.00

The ladies did a great job. I will hire them again for sure. The owner came out right away to give me a bid so I didn't have to wait along time for the service. They were very late for the appointment. Being it was my first time using them I would have liked them to be more prompt as I had an appt. I needed to be at and had scheduled the time for them to get here so I could go over everything with them then leave. They were hung up at the previous customers home doing extra things that day which I understand. Personally if I knew they had to be at another customers house and I wanted extra things done I would have schedules that work for another time.

Excellent service! One set of shutters to be cleaned were missed and Ricky sent more ladies out to clean them. They spent hours at my home and were so nice and hardworking. Our shutters didn't look this good when we moved in. Amazingly good quality of work. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat!
