If I have something happen in any of our buildings, they are very quick to contact me back to schedule the best time for them to come by and take care of what is needed. They aim to be very respectful of our time and employees so they don't interrupt our work flow. When they call us they generally try to complete the work on the same day and will change up their routine to accommodate our employees who are still working so they don't disturb them. Took them 25 minutes to clean living room, office, and hallway carpets. I noticed water leaking from cleaning machine. Cleaner advised she was catching it with towel and that carpet would be dry in a few hours. It was wet until next morning."
